Battery pack cover anti-biofouling solutions.


Zhongpo New Materials' research team incorporates herbal ingredients into conventional materials,

providing dual protection on chemical and physical levels.

The anti-biofouling series has evolved from initial spraying and brushing to the third generation.

Work can now be completed using a convenient spray gun.

Currently, we are collaborating with the State Grid to continue upgrading

and iterating protection against rodent damage to cables.















Underbody protection solutions for impact resistance.


There are two main application scenarios:

1、Underbody protection for PACK products (impact resistance).

2. Chassis Protection Products (Anti-corrosion, Stone Chip Resistance)

It primarily replaces traditional PVC products. Compared to traditional PVC products, carbon nanomaterials offer simpler processes, superior protection, and better cost-effectiveness.

In the rapid development of new energy vehicles, it provides safer and more stable protection.













Corrosion and Shock Protection Solutions

for PACK Batteries


These products are mainly used between the underbody protection plate and the liquid cooling plate.

They grow directly on the liquid cooling plate substrate, providing corrosion resistance, insulation,

heat insulation, and shock absorption.

Designed to replace existing epoxy anti-corrosion coatings and MPP products on cooling plates.

It combines the functions of two existing processes into one,

significantly reducing material and construction costs.










Solutions for Mitigating Thermal Runaway

in Power Batteries


Measures to control thermal runaway in power batteries include:

Adding flame-retardant and thermal insulation materials between cells

to control the release direction of thermal energy,

preventing a chain reaction in surrounding cells.

This material is relatively loose and is fully encapsulated with carbon nanopolymer composites.

This greatly enhances the stability of the product during transport, assembly, and subsequent use.

High-polymer carbon nanocomposites exhibit excellent performance in impact resistance,

corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and weather resistance.










Truck Shock Absorber Leaf Spring

Protection Solutions


Lightweight design for truck cargo bed shock absorber leaf springs, using fibreglass leaf springs

to replace existing steel leaf springs.

Fibreglass leaf springs often cracked during mechanical ageing tests at the contact points with fixtures.

Using high-polymer carbon nanocomposites as an intermediate layer to cushion

and absorb the impact from fixtures on the fibreglass leaf springs during movement.










Special Vehicle Protection Solutions


Project F is a special protection project.

Combining 5mm bulletproof steel plate with a 2mm high-polymer carbon nanocomposite coating

achieves the same protection as an 8mm thick bulletproof steel plate.

This meets the demand for weight reduction without compromising protection while also reducing costs.
