The system consists of ZP-111-H/112-J primer, ZP-121 intermediate coat, and ZP-211-F high-performance waterproof topcoat. It is a flexible high-polymer carbon nanocomposite coating system, applied on-site with professional equipment.

System Overview |

This system utilizes a composite coating material modified with carbon nanotechnology through a specialized process. It incorporates carbon materials with at least one dimension under 20nm in a dispersed phase. Carbon nanomaterials are processed in special resins using a proprietary patent technology with microwave supercritical methods. These are then blended using a nano grinder with ultra-high shear forces to achieve dispersion. This achieves uniform distribution of the nanomaterials throughout the matrix. It fully leverages the high aspect ratio, strength, toughness, stability, surface area, filling capacity, low density, and thermal stability of carbon nanomaterials.
