Automotive Coating System


System Overview |

The automotive coating system provides paints specifically for vehicles. These products offer excellent film fullness, high gloss, vibrant color effects, high hardness, and good adhesion. The paint film exhibits outstanding mechanical properties. It features excellent gloss retention, weather resistance, wear resistance, and resistance to acids, alkalis, alcohol, and gasoline.

Self-Cleaning System


System Overview |

The system comprises either ZP-2011-DM unified base material or ZP-1011-D self-cleaning primer plus topcoat. It is designed specifically for steel structure anti-corrosion coatings used in coal mines, thermal power plants, and steel mills.


Product Features |

1. Utilizes anti-corrosion paint with excellent acid and alkali resistance, capable of long-term immersion in acidic or alkaline environments without degradation.

2. Uses highly hydrophobic self-cleaning paint; reduces surface tension of the coating, making it less prone to dust adherence and enhancing self-cleaning capabilities.

3. The coating cures quickly and can be operational shortly after application, with water washability within 24 hours.

4. Simple coating application process; low requirements for construction tools and the skill level of the workforce.

5. With this product, a 60-80 micrometer double coat allows 1 kg of paint to cover approximately 3 square meters.

It is specifically developed for light to heavy anti-corrosion protection on steel structures and concrete surfaces, suitable for both indoor and outdoor environments with varying weather resistance.
